Departure Day
Most attendees are expected to depart the morning of November 19 unless they've made personal plans to stay in DFW.
Registration
Registration Fee: $500 per attendee
Registration includes participation in the reunion programming and planned event activities. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.
Registration Changes and Refunds
If your plans change, please contact Joe as soon as possible. Registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee with approval. Whenever possible, the replacement attendee will reimburse the original registrant directly.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any refund request will be considered based on timing, event costs already committed, and whether a replacement attendee is available.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
